This course is traditionally offered entirely on zoom and includes weekly lectures, weekly 1:1 meetings, and weekly assignments for the practice of these skills.  This has emerged as our flagship winter offering over the past few years, and the results have been extraordinary after our first few seasons of the program.

The cost for this 3-month mental game program is $1000.
